Snail Caviar

Did you guys know that there was such a thing as snail caviar? I sure didn’t. I was looking at this chefs blog from a restaurant I was thinking about trying and one of his posts was about the snail caviar they use.

    Hi James,
    I was surprised too the first time I came across this !
    De Jaeger sells its caviar in various countries at the following website: http://www.snail-caviar.co.uk
    I was nicely surprised by its taste, it is quite nice, I would compare it to the top half of the best fish caviars you will find.
    You will also find some videos in “You Tube”
